Juan GRILJuan GRIL (email) Juan has been involved in the casual games industry even before the casual games term was coined. He is currently focusing on the production of innovative casual games for PC, Mobile and consoles.Previously, and as one of the first members of the Yahoo! Games team, Juan was the lead producer for the downloadable games area and community manager of multi player games. In the last year of his tenure at Yahoo!, Juan was the head of Yahoo! Games Studios, producing the first 8 mobile titles the company has released. Juan holds a BFA in Electronic Media from the University of Illinois.

Jasper KONINGJasper KONING (email) Jasper Koning currently is a game designer at Ronimo Games. He has worked as a game designer on Swords & Soldiers and as a project lead and level designer on the PC version of De Blob. Fills the role of Nintendo fanboy in the design team and thinks he`s tamed the will for more complexity using a layered approach.

Tero VIRTALATero VIRTALA (email) Tero Virtala has been the CEO of RedLynx since 2002. Before that, he was a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 5 years, developing and implementing strategies for Media-, Entertainment and IT-companies.

Jim GREERJim GREER (email) Jim Greer is the founder and CEO of Kongregate, a startup that combines over 15,000 user-submitted Flash games with achievements, high scores, chat, multiplayer, virtual items and other community features. Developers share in ad and microtransaction revenue, and retain the rights to their games. Before founding Kongregate in June 2006, Jim was Technical Director for Pogo at Electronic Arts. He has worked in the game industry since 1991 and hold a Computer Science degree from Princeton.

Reece MILLIDGEReece MILLIDGE (email) Reece has come full cycle, leaving the Games industry with the home made Amiga game `Odyssey` (Published by Audiogenic in 1995) to study and specialise in Animation & Compositing in London. This led to work on Commercials such as Honda Hate, the GTA inspired Coca Cola Ad, Infomercials such as the Virgin Airways in-flight movie and Feature film intros such as Lemony Snicket and Thunderbirds. Icycle is Reece`s return to Games development with all the pros and cons of fifteen years away. www.dampgnat.com is his studio and site which showcases his work in media.

Peter de JONGPeter de JONG (email) Peter is a driven entrepreneur with a passion for innovative video-games and has more than 10 years of professional experience in the video-game industry. Since 2000 he has been co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Codeglue, a Dutch game development studio headquartered in Rotterdam. As CEO, Peter is responsible for developing and implementing Codeglue`s vision of becoming the leading developer of pick-up-and-play arcade games for emerging console platforms. Peter handles all business related matters for Codeglue, like project acquisition and building relationships with new partners.

Jim GREERJakub DVORSKY (email) In 2003, Jakub Dvorsky successfully finished Academy of Arts in Prague with a free online flash adventure game called Samorost as his thesis project. In the same year he founded Amanita Design studio which created several small flash games, worked on music videos, production design for animated films, and recently released their first full-length independent game Machinarium.
