Virality is Dead? Lovable Monsters Think Differently Stephanie Kaiser, Product Manager for wooga’s hit title, “Monster World” has something to say to those who think sustained organic viral growth on Facebook can no longer be achieved: She says “You’re all WRONG!” and she knows this because her game has done it. That’s not to say that viral growth rates are what they were 2 years ago, or that achieving this goal is easy, fast, or cheap, but it can be done. Using Monster World as a case study, Stephanie will give examples of how she used data-driven design, A/B testing, ongoing optimization to clear performance thresholds, and intelligent, creative viral & re-engagement design to achieve sustained organic growth on today’s Facebook.
