Stephanie Kaiser, Product Manager for wooga’s hit title, “Monster World” has something to say to those who think sustained organic viral growth on Facebook can no longer be achieved: She says “You’re all WRONG!” and she knows this because her game has done it. That’s not to say that viral growth rates are what they were 2 years ago, or that achieving this goal is easy, fast, or cheap, but it can be done. Using Monster World as a case study, Stephanie will give examples of how she used data-driven design, A/B testing, ongoing optimization to clear performance thresholds, and intelligent, creative viral & re-engagement design to achieve sustained organic growth on today’s Facebook.
